Itinie

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 31, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Itinie (the “Service”), operated by Itinie. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Itinie turns travel itineraries you provide into shareable map cards using third-party AI and mapping providers. Generated content — including parsed stops, routes, and estimated travel times — may be inaccurate; it is provided for convenience and you should independently verify anything you rely on.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

Tokens & payments

Your content

You retain ownership of the itinerary content you submit. You grant us a license to process, store, and display it to operate the Service. Maps you create are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service — including attempting to bypass token metering or security controls, scraping, overloading our systems, or reverse-engineering the Service.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itinie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, D.C., USA. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email itiniehelp@gmail.com.
